This book tells you how to control inflammation which is the main cause of Arthritis , no one tells you this. How your gut plays an important role in inflammation in your body and how you can bring it under control thru food and some vitamins. I have tried it on myself and I am pain free after following the diet /medications mentioned in the book.

I read this and remain hopeful that trying to follow it as best I can things with ny pain will improve. Certainly gave me some hope.
