Excellent product. This storage system helps to prolong the life of your herbs by at least two weeks, in my experience with it.

Very functional and keeps our greens well. Basil is kept out of fridge as well as scallions. We store in kitchen in a dark cool spot. Both have held up well for last week.

This herb keeper is just what I need to keep fresh herbs at my fingertips. No more dead, dry leaves all over my countertops.

I use it to keep my cilantro. It seems to keep fresh indefinitely. I change the water frequently.

*This is a good sized product width wise and I can fit 2 standard bunches of herbs whereas many other herb savers fit very little. If you plan to use all the compartments there won’t be enough space. *On the flip side it isn’t tall enough for dill and scallions for example; some herbs you can keep chopping off the stems but not with scallions. So if you want the lid on you will have to crush/fold the herbs to one side. *the max water level is good and I never see it go much under but you still have to refresh the water for good results which is tedious as you have to take out the herbs first so the temperature shocks and temp loss of water can’t be good. I wish there was a bottom button to dispense the water and pour in fresh but you have to take out the herbs and slide the glass to change the water and to clean it as the soaked part can get soggy and some leaves fall out. *cleaning is tedious as the two parts won’t separate it would be easier if the top part slid off easily to wash the bottom. *Dill stayed fresh fairly long, scallions deteriorated more quickly than when I one them in the vegetable drawer with the Bluapple or other methylene packets. This product is good only if you put some effort in by regularly refreshing the water, cleaning, and trimming herbs so the edible portions aren’t not soaked in the water.

Much more convenient than previous herb keeper, which was way too tall to store in frig conveniently. Even better has adjustable heigh, if frig shelf spacing is tight. Love visible water level. Sturdy for plastic construction.

This is a great herb-storing concept... with p-lenty of room for MOST cooks ... copuld get another to add to it if really needed ...but this is roomy enough for most people. AND it works ...just read the directions so don;'t have most of the problems people talk about in the reviews for it ... my herbs are happy!!! Recommended. UPDATE: Can NOT believe how LONG my herbs now STAY FRESH ... I do monitor wate cleanliness & refill anytime begins to get cloudy ... take a few moments to pinch-off any discolored bits & the rest just keeps lasting & lasting ...for weeks now ...have added my green onions to this Herb-Keeper & THEY are thriving too ... no wilting at all (after 1st cupla days) ... the trick is to LEAVE the onion's root-ends intact & never peel-away the outer layers & onions are always straight fresh & ready-to-use without half the hassle used to have ... DID have to trim the tops down a bit to fit properly in the container but with no waste of what's left is still very economical. Fresh supply of herbs is changing the way I cook in the kitchen & people are beginning to notice my dishes are more flavorful than they used to be. THAT is a great deal!!

I like this Herb Keeper. It definitely extend freshness of herbs.
