Is there a noticable gain in horsepower with this system?

I did not notice any gain in horsepower from this system.

Will this fit a 1995 Jeep Wrangler yj with the 4.0L 6 cyl?

This will fit a 95 Wrangler with 2 doors.

Is everything made of stainless steel? Or just the end tip?

Just the end tip is stainless, but the metal is what they call aluminized which means it is coated in Aluminum to help prevent rusting. It seems to be holding up pretty well so for the money I would go with it again.
