lol honestly think the seller dilutes the product as the one from an actual store or beauty supply turns out green and it’s a bit more straightening. I leave for 15 min and that would usually start to burn or tingle but when buying from here 15 min isn’t strong enough, however this diluted version is better in my opinion. I like that the curl holds really well and I like that it doesn’t straighten your hair after 9 min

Due to an autoimmune condition, I was compelled to curb my use of hair relaxers. I was presented with this texturizer because it is milder, and I can do an efficient job on my hair with only half of it. I've been trying to find out if the anti-breakage nurishing oils treatment packets are sold separately, though. The last ones I used were unintentionally used up, preventing another family member from using the other half of the kit. But this is a fine product, and I'm glad other components of it are sold separately. It makes hair care so much easier.

I used the product step by step but left on for half the time. When my daughters hair dried is was straight in the front And wavy in the back. The next day I washed her hair again and her curls were softer and it was no longer straight. My daughter has very tight curls so far I am pleased I just didn’t like that I had the wash her hair 7x just to get the product out then again the next day.

Shipping took less than 7 days... used to be a great product , don't know how comes the package looks different and the mixture is no longer light green(now kind of brownish). Update: it works just like the previous series but hurts a tad bit. If you have a sensitive scalp protect it with oil before application.
