Good value and quality!
I'm happy with these pants, based on a couple of fishing trips (including one oceanic one) so far. I bought them to wear over regular quick-drying cargo pants, and they fit nicely. I like that the pockets have zippers to secure items while on deck; the pockets showed water resistance, too. The waterproofing of the pants themselves appears to be good, and thanks in part to the half-zip at the bottom of the leg, it is easy to quickly remove them over my fishing boots. My ideal leg length would probably be 31 inches, but the 30-inch version is working just fine. The waist is true to size and it has elastic. It's too soon to judge the breathability of this product (both uses were in colder conditions), but I am happy with this purchase. The pricing at the time of purchase was really good.

Kept me dry
Wore them over my pants for a week in Iceland. Rain and waterfalls almost every day and I was dry and warm(er) underneath. They feel cheap but seemed to last without any issues. Plenty long for me (6'1'' with 32'' inseams). For the price they were worth it.

Great fit and price. Durability TBD.
I purchased the 34W x 34L size. I am 6' 2" tall, 175 pounds, 32" waist, 36" inseam. These pants fit great over my summer cargo shorts, and they are large enough to fit over my winter Carhartt pants also. The material is thin and lightweight, so time will tell about durability. However, I am happy with the price and fit. For now, I give them 4 stars until I test the durability at my job in real world conditions.

What I Expected
They fit exactly as I expected. I will say, what I noted from the pictures versus what the measurements displayed is, if you want that more relaxed fit you see in pictures add length to your actual inseam measurements. Don't pick your actual inseam and expect a relaxed fit lengthwise. Waist is fitted, so I would normally fit 34" waist pants. I went with a 36" waist, since these are for me to put over clothing. So, in summary, I'm a 34" waist and have a 28.5" inseam. I'm 5'5" 155lbs. I purchased the 36" ร 30" pair and they fit like the photo's shown.

Outstanding Rain Pant!
I purchased mine 2 sizes too big so as to pull them over other clothes. These work great for performing chores outside in the rain. Kept my under-clothes clean and dry. While not as tough as denim based clothes, they shed significantly more water keeping you dry. That also comes with the price of perspiration buildup. My problem is hypothermia from becoming too cold. These work perfectly for that situation. I reinforce the thinner fabric with knee pads so I can crawl over the ground without tearing them. My guess is that they would be significantly too warm for hiking in temps above about 70F. Pockets are oddly placed but function. Per sizing, mine were exactly correct in both length and waist. Legs come with Velcro straps. Material is easy to clean. I was super impressed with these rain pants for the price.

Comfortable and Reliable Waterproof Rain Pants
These rain pants fit comfortably and provide excellent protection in wet weather. The waterproof material keeps me dry without feeling too heavy, and theyโre easy to wear over my regular clothing. Theyโre perfect for working outdoors, hiking, fishing, or traveling. Iโm very satisfied with the quality and would definitely recommend them.

The 33,000ft Rain Pants are on the left and the base layer that the rain pants were supposed to protect are on the right ๐ I bought these because I walk 7 to 9 miles every day and it rains a lot here. The picture of the two pants is from 7 mile walk in moderate, consistent rain in 50ยฐF of weather and the shell jacket I wore was a Patagonia Torrentshell that was long enough to have the rain drip onto the rain pants. Rain did not sneak through my waistband and get the base layer wet. The 33,000ft rain pants are just not waterproof enough. The wet base layer you see in the picture is all rain, thatโs not sweat, it was not hot enough to break a sweat or be humid. I run cold and rarely overheat and am a lean person The 33,000ft rain pants are definitely better than wearing nothing but youโll have to decide for yourself based on the picture I posted and this review whether or not youโre OK with being that wet after a 7 mile walk in moderate consistent rain while being appropriately dressed. Iโm still within the return window, but they are just good enough to keep I suppose. I never โfeltโ wet during my rainy walks. But I donโt love them I think a fair price for these is $14 and you should be able to buy them at Walmart I will say that they did well in dry snow. Dry snow and rain is very different however 3.3 out of 5 stars

Well made, fit me well too as a woman
I'm a 5'10" woman, typically wear a size 4-6/medium in pants, 28" natural waist, 38" hips, 33.5" inseam, and I ordered the 32" waist / 34" inseam. They fit very, very well. If I was wearing no under pant, it would feel a little roomy but wouldn't fall down. There's room for a solid pair of pants underneath. Also if you only had shorts on, there is an interior fabric that acts a barrier to the plastic fabric, and it's pretty comfy. I work outdoors and these are so helpful in the rain. Haven't tried them while it's chilly and raining yet, but I think they would help insulate to some degree, especially if layering. Not too hot either, despite being made of plastic. The plastic itself feels durable, so I don't have to worry about dog nails ripping it open from play (I work with a lot of dogs). Not sure how waterproof the pockets are, I prefer to use my jacket for things that need more protection. Lastly, the fit adjustment at the bottom is handy to allow more room for boots vs. cinch in if you only had a sneaker on or had excess fabric over your boot. Did I want to pay $35 for pants? No. Am I glad I did? Yeah. Are there pants that will help in the rain that are less? Yes. Will they fit a woman my size as well as these? Probably not. Are there better pants, albeit more expensive? Probably, but honestly not by much. Only thing that might be helpful that isn't included is a waist adjustment for sizing, but if you get the right size it's a non-issue.

Awesome
Keep trousers dry even when cycling in pouring rain. Fit over pants easily, have zips at the bottom so you can put them on with shoes on too. Zip pockets โ โ . Elastic and drawstring waist. Should have ordered my normal size rather than one size up as the waist is slightly big even with trousers underneath. Not a big drama as the drawstring works.

Great wind pants.
I wanted to wait to write a review since there was comments about their quality but after using them to help keep warm over the winter whether it be shoveling snow or walking the dog 4-5 times a day I can say these are a great product. After 4 months of almost daily uses there is some wear on the internal liner fabric but no holes or issues with the stitching. The Velcro and zippers bottom of each leg are perfect for quickly being able overlay these on winter or rubber boots. So much better then having to take the time to put long jons on or much heavier snow pants. Quick on and off and warm in the minus double digits with the wind. Would maybe not recommend for summer rain but fall winter and spring these are great. Packets work well too and have zippers to secure keys or what is needed.
