Is it helpful to treating middle-aged male's hair falling out and growing thin?

This isn't a growth treatment it is a moisturizer for your hair so it will not dry out it is great for that but as for growing your hair I personally have not seen anything and this can work for male or female doesn't matter what sex or color.

It's ok, I haven't used the entire bottle to date. I changed brands before finishing the product.
