My husband and I love crystal light lemon tea and these small packets are so convenient to take with us when we are out for the day or when we are traveling. This review is for the 6-pack of lemon iced tea. There are two occasional problems with this flavor in this packaging. One is that occasionally a box will have packets where the scoring (to open the individual package) doesn't properly line up with the heat sealing, so tearing the strip off at the end doesn't open it. In that case, cutting it is easiest. Second, sometimes the flavor is off and it has what seems to me a sort of grape essence to it. Both of these problems happen with about 10% of boxes. Usually it will affect the whole box. Another problem that is much more rare is when the packages inside the box are not sealed. The powder will be fused into chunks or a solid mass. If that's the case, you can go to the Crystal Light Website, enter the info for the box, and describe the problem. When I have done that I have always gotten a reply. What I received with the Amazon order was 6 10-count boxes in a plastic bag. A couple of boxes were slightly crushed, probably in shipment, but it was otherwise fine. The expiration dates were 18 months in the future. The price is decent but some grocery stores may have lower prices.
