Mixes well I use Almond milk texture is good as long as you mix well love taste and it helps me with my sugar when I get that sweet arage instead of eating candy cake ect

I love that it came Fast to me. The Flavor and ease of the use is so good. I have been using this product for years. The Milk Chocolate is very tasty.

Keeps me full with the high protein count. I mix it with oat milk or almond milk and a dash of fruit. I've lost 33lbs with 5-6 days of fitness and smoothies every morning. Took over 1.5 years yet I've kept it off. Slim fast does keep me full 2-4 hours even after a good workout.

It tastes good & keeps me full for a long time but I have switched to Ascent protein powder with Leucine because I'm not sure how healthy the ingredients are in Slim Fast.

I've been using slim fast for a while and the vanilla and chocolate are my favorite. They don't taste artificial.

I drink this stuff for the protein, not to lose weight. I like to mix it with ice and sometimes strawberries. I blend it up in an ice-crushing blender. It makes a delicious ice-cream like treat for 220 calories (two packages). I simply can not bear the nasty taste of soy-protein shake products, so this product is perfect for me. It has not soy-protein taste whatsoever. The only other product that I have found like this one is the Nutrisystem shakes, but they are twice as expensive. The regular Slim Fast shake products will not work to make this tasty ice-cream like treat -- only this "smoothie" version.
