How log does the effect lasts and how many coats you need to apply?

EVERY liquid wax that I've used on hardwood requires three coats to look great. I installed wood floors for years and have them all over my house. In high traffic areas like hallways I rewax every 6 months. In bedrooms, especially under the beds, the wax looks great for decades. Most other areas last for about 2 years.

Can this be used on plastic model kits as a gloss coat, in the same way as Pledge Floor Gloss?

1 coat. Brush it on a and let it dry..I use it on almost every build. The qt will last you a lifetime. I usually do 3 coats in one hour.

Can I use a sponge mop you wax my floors

Yes. Clean floors well...I sprayed with Mean Green and scrubbed with a brush to clean grout and then spread wax onto clean dry floors. You can spread with sponge mop.

can I use it on bamboo floors or porclain?

I don't see why not. However, I've used it on cushioned vinyl only and am well pleased with the results. You can apply multiple layers over an extended period of time and the shine just keeps getting better. Experiment with a small area and let it set for a few days. That should give you the answer.
