Sturdy Mail & Key Rack!
I purchased this to hang next to my front door to solve the ongoing issue of losing my car keys, work ID Badge, and important mail. I could not be more happy with this purchase. This is much sturdier than I expected it to be. I thought it was going to be mildly flimsy wicker like material, which still would have been fine since this is going to be mounted on the wall and would not be something that needs to be super strong. It is actually a strong metal. I feel like I could easily sit on this and not have it crunch inward. It will definitely hold up for a lifetime. The hooks are also attached to the base securely and it does not seem like any of them are going to easily come loose and fall out. None of them even wobble in the least. On a personal level I really like this because it fits in perfectly with the contemporary decor in my home. It does not look cheap or tacky which is a huge bonus for me. I know some people don't like the fact that this doesn't have a solid back which makes it so you can see the wall through it. I personally don't mind. I feel like it made it easier for me to mount on the wall because I was able to see what I was doing. I plan to have mail kept in it constantly anyway, so seeing the wall won't ever be an issue. I would definitely recommend this product if you are looking for a simple and strong solution for lost keys and mail!

Perfect for my use (without the hooks!)
The item is very nice. The holder part is not too tall where things get lost inside, and not too deep that it juts out from the wall too much. Further, the corners are rounded so it makes it even less obtrusive. I did use this for a different purpose: I needed a small wall mounted container for chalk under my chalkboard-painted wall section. This worked perfectly!! I WISH they still had customer images so I could show the back of the item. (Funny that THEIR image cleverly covers every, single inch of the inside, huh?) The back isn't a flat metal piece. It is really just an open, metal frame (made up of a few thin, cylindrical metal bars.) You will see your wall when it is empty. The front decorative part ends where the back meets the The hooks are part of the framework. It is unusual that the mounting tabs (just metal tabs with a hole) are attached to the 2 end hooks. You can't see them from the top, but you can underneath. I call it "unusual" because if this is mounted higher up, you will see the screws. (They would probably be better inside with a keyhole type tab.) The bottom of the box part is metal mesh. I did try to mount mine with Command Adhesive tabs because I never like to make holes when I don't have to (and those 3M strip things work MANY times.) Unfortunately, mine fell off with these. Maybe I should have supported its weight wile the strips cured for a few hours OR used 3m hooks to hang the holder. Anyway, I did end up using black drywall screws that I already had (I don't know why they send anchors with these types of things...what the heck are you putting in it that you would need anchors? Bricks? ha ha!) you DO have to tighten the screws pretty well or the whole thing wants to rotate forward (due to the weird low placement of the mounting holes.) One thing I DIDN'T like was the hooks. I don't like that much clutter, so I have a kitchen drawer for keys (and change, pens, charging strip, etc.) I tried finding a different item, but liked the color, size and rounded corners on this. I did ask at the bottom of this product page if the hooks could be removed, but most people said "no, you can't remove the hooks." Well, I never like "no" for an answer!! :D So I figured I would at least TRY! I used a regular dremel with the [[ASIN:B000FBLRVK little metal cutting wheel.] A few little sparks later and the hooks are gone!!!! I cut them off even with the bottom of the basket. I did have to leave the outside two hooks a little longer for the mounting tabs (little less than an inch.) I could have used a grinder adapter from my dremel to make the cut ends smoother and tapered, but mine is mounted pretty low for a chalk tray, so you have to almost lie on the floor to see under it. I just wanted to post my modification in case anyone else wanted to change theirs. Very happy with the item. The price was reasonable (or else I might not have ordered it, knowing I wanted to cut it.) The shape and color were just what I wanted. Very happy!

Practical, and Pretty
This design is just what I expected. I got it as a gift for my father who lives alone and has a tendency to misplace his keys... a LOT. His kitchen table often ends up looking like the back of the post office too. Since installing this baby, my father has become religious about putting his mail and keys up as soon as he gets inside. It really helps to keep things organized-and now he can actually sit at the kitchen table without moving a pile of mail. When I opened the package, it looked just like the picture here. It's both a modern and a traditional design and I think would look good in just about any home. The front is a sort of woven hard mesh, but very sturdy. I think the size is perfect. I cannot speak to how easy it was to install, as my father did that, but I do know that he had no trouble with it. I would recommend this to anyone who often misplaces their keys, or could use a little mail organization.

Great item, bad packaging.
We replaced an old wooden shaped key, which held only our keys, with this beauty. It served 2 purposes which removed 2 objects from our kitchen. A key holder and mail holder. We love it. While stylish, durable (I'll explain why in a moment) and sturdy it adds a great modern look to any area. Packaging is the only issue we had with this item. It came in a box which contained another 40lb item, along with some smaller ones. The unit was bent, smashed and twisted. It was simply tossed in the box with no protective packaging what so ever. I could bends and twists is all it took to make it almost as good as new. Bottom line is we love it.

Nice key hook!
Great for my entryway. I hang my keys here and I use the holder for coupons so anyone in the family can find one they need (restaurants, car washes, oil changes, etc). Pretty too.

I have bought this Wandmontierte Kork-Pinwand. I have ordered this product for hanging in kitchen to pin some papers, hanging small towels and post, letters etc. 1. first of all the nails are given on the bottom side of this pinwand and after I hang it in the wall, I understood that the Kork upper side is coming front side and it looks very ugly!!! 2. the space provided for kork is very very small, you can not pin anything else.

El tercero que compro. Elegante, funcional, permite dejar encima, como se ve en la foto, cosas aparte de las llaves.....
