Extremely pleasing in both taste and texture, these little treats are perfect for me. I’m not on a keto regimen, but I do have food sensitivities that cause me to be very mindful of what I eat. While this product is not inexpensive, you might find the satisfaction level in eating them so high that you’ll feel it’s definitely worth the price. The ingredients have been chosen so carefully, and the compelling package explanation of how the Keto Bites were created convinced me to splurge. Now there’s always a package in the pantry. By the way, one Keto Bite amounts to three or four for me. Eat them slowly, and savor the flavor!

Update: I tried again, because I love the taste and size of these snacks. Got my 2 bags, insulated with a cold pack. Perfection. They are so tasty and a perfect keto sweet snack. I had gotten the bars and received them, wrapped in ice pack, still cool. I loved them! I thought these would be better snacks for work and they are. However, they did not come wrapped in ice packs, they were melted, and it took away from the experience. After they were cooled, they had a sheen oil/grease. Not quite as appetizing. Better care with shipping would bring a much better review.

These spike my blood sugar like nothing else. They also kick me out of ketosis. I've tested many products and this raises my blood sugar more than a Snickers bar!! Iuspect the ingredients are mislabeled or misrepresented because monk fruit is listed as a last ingredient, but this product is cloyingly sweet. The taste is either pretty good for a keto snack or inedible, depending on the batch.

When I bought these in anticipation of going on keto, I was appalled. They didn’t taste anything like cookie dough. Don’t expect them to - I don’t know why I was surprised at that really… Three weeks off of sugar and I have to revise my previous opinion on their general tastiness - these salty little nut squares are delicious. They are sweetened with monk fruit, so it took some time for them to taste at all sweet to me, but they’ve really grown on me. I’m about to order a second batch. I would wait until your body is adjusted to keto to enjoy them, but I can say that they are a treat I will keep in my pantry from now on.

I developed a borderline addiction to Bhu's chocolate chip "cookie" bites. I rarely left one grocery store without a bag, until this store stopped selling that particular Bhu Foods item. I had a long standing craving for the item mentioned. So, I caved a ordered one bag included in the variety pack. I enjoyed all four bags from this variety pack. Naturally, I demolished the chocolate chip cookie variety first. I am glad that I tried the other varieties. So, if you, or anyone else, is looking for a tempting snack without high fructose corn syrup, sugar, food coleings, etc. look no further! These are individually wrapped within the bag, because they are a high calorie snack. So, if you do need to be mindful of calories to slim down, be mindful of this wonderful indulgence.

This item has drastically increased in prices in the stores. From like $7.99 to now $14.99. So I've tried them online here. Remember you are only getting 6 pieces, so they are $2.25 a piece in the store. These aren't full size bars. They are about 1/2 size. They are somewhat filling. The flavor is good in all of these except the cookie dough. It just really has no flavor. The peanut butter and chocolate are good, if they arrive in good shape. Sometimes these are totally melted. Other times the oil has leaked out of the packages into the bag. When this happens the peanut butter bars are dry and really tasteless. They are nearly impossible to open as there is oil everywhere. The buyer needs to start shipping these with a cool pack or they aren't worth buying in the summer. The online price for 4 is decent. But you may not enjoy all the flavors in the 4 pack.

These are good to grab and go for me for holding over my hunger.

I'm in love with the white chocolate macadamia cookie dough. It almost tastes just like regular cookie dough. The others are good but I can taste the ingredients. That's not a bad thing, they are a great substitute for those on a keto/low carb diet. But wow that white chocolate. I'm glad this pack only comes in bite sizes or I'd be eating way more then my calories intake should allow for.
