Will these ladder levelers work with a werner ladder?

Yes, I have them mounted on Werner ladders. It requires a few washers used as shims but I expect they all do. I like this product

Will it fit all extension ladders

Don't know. I can tell you it fits a 30 year old Keller aluminum extension ladder and a Cosco multi use ladder (similar to little giant)

will these units work with the PK70-1

Yes, They are made by the same manufacturer

is it complete the 2 parts per ladder leg, or one part without the extention?

2 parts per order these are the parts that attach to each of the ladder legs. Comes with spacers so it will fit most ladders I have them on an 32ft fiberglass extension ladder and on a "Little Giant" type of ladder.
