This was informative, but also very digestible for my third and first grader. I teach science at a homeschool co-op and read this to my first graders. They loved it and learned a lot!

This came recommended as a part of a science curriculum we are using. I love using engaging picture books to introduce science concepts and this was a fabulous resource for our unit on matter! The illustrations are lovely and the content is engaging. Learners aged 4-8 will enjoy this one!

I love everything about this book, the introduction, the examples, the non-examples...except this one TINY thing: matter is anything that takes up space and has MASS! Mass is different than weight. There is a lot of confusion between the two. I weigh less on the moon, but my mass stays the same.
