It has worked better than any other dry shampoo that I’ve tried. It came highly recommended by my hair stylist. It’s been a real live saver when I find myself in a pinch with my hair.

I also bought the small size of this to try it out. I had tried other dry shampoos to add height to my hair and they all seemed to leave a powdery residue and were a bit sticky. This is the one that leaves the least of that. It is also the one that added the most height. I usually use hairspray to set my hair once i style it. With all the hairspray, it tends to dry out my ends; but, with this volumizer.. I need less of it! It also helps my hair last longer between washes. I am super happy with this find! It is a bit pricey.. but for the results .. it is worth it. I agree with the following 3 reposted reviews: I also brought the small size of this with me on a trip since I didn't want to bring my regular dry shampoo I was seriously impressed with how little of this I needed to refresh and give my hair volume. I also noticed no white cast or gross flaky residue, and I don't have to aggressively rub it in; it blends easily with a brush. The pricetag is a bit prohibitive, but if you need a product that works well in a pinch. This may be a keeper. I don’t use it very often though. Just when going out or in a pinch ie on vacation. I also have fine and often oily hair, and this gives me volume without the hold while at the same time Removing the greasy appearance. One recommenadation: you need to let it sit for a bit for it to work best and you brush your hair and it will absorb it. I also agree that my other dry shampoos would leave a lot of white residue, and would just make my scalp feel dirty and itchy. Good for special occasions and in a pinch

Absolutely obsessed with this product cannot live without it. It’s definitely a must have. Perfect for those days you don’t have time to wash your hair has a wonderful fresh scent.

It does the job, but it does lean on the heavier side of build up. If you’re a fine hair girl who struggles easily with scalp irritation from heavy products/build up, this isn’t a great option.

The best dry shampoo for my dark hair!

This is the only dry shampoo that’s ever worked on my hair. I have very fine and thin hair and within less than 24 hours after I’ve washed my hair it will start looking greasy. This takes the grease out of my hair I guess, because it doesn’t look greasy. The only problem it is pricey.

I’ve used IGK’s charcoal detox dry shampoo for years, and it continues to be one of my absolute must-have products. It’s well worth the price — nothing else works as well with my hair. It actually refreshes my roots without leaving residue, adds volume, and keeps my hair looking clean for days. I recommend it to everyone because I genuinely believe in it. And whenever I spot the travel size (which is rare!), I grab as many as I can to give to friends. It’s that good. I’m going to start a cult around this product full of volumized, clean hair followers.
