Q: Says Alcohol Free but the second ingredient listed is alchohol. What gives?

Unlike a rose, an alcohol is not an alcohol. Being a chemical term, "alcohol" covers a lot of territory. "Alcohol Free" in personal care products is specifically used to denote the absence of DRYING alcohols like ethyl alcohol. (Similarly, "alcohol" by itself in an ingredients list implies ethyl alcohol.) Cetearyl alcohol, on the other hand, is a fatty alcohol, adding moisture and promoting healing.

Q: Label says "fragrance free" - always my preference - yet reviewers say "smells great" or "like mint" or "eucalyptus" or "menthol." Which is it?

The product contains eucalyptus which contributes to a eucalyptus smell. When they say 'fragrance-free' I think they are saying they didn't add an ingredient just for the smell, such as a perfume.

Q: I know this is "hand healer" but can you also use this as an all-purpose body lotion?

While I don't know about it as a body lotion, I use it in my lower legs and feet and it works well.
