Weight Management Support Supplement Tablets | 60 Tablets for Energy & Wellness

Lately, my energy level has been very low, and my appetite has increased significantly. I was consuming one (sometimes two) giant redbull cans every day and eating 6 to 7 times a day. I stumbled upon these and saw that they give a good energy boost and assist in appetite suppression. I started them about 10 days ago. My energy level has definitely increased. My appetite has gone down slightly, but not as much as I’d like it to (I chalk it up to the fact that it’s only been 10 days, and I only take half of a tablet once a day). If you’re considering trying these for the same reasons as me, I recommend them! I always make sure to eat something small about 25-30 minutes prior to taking a half of a tablet. I take it right after a small breakfast/snack in the morning. Be sure to take the half of the tablet with a 16-20 ounce bottle of water. Be sure to continue consuming water throughout the day. I have yet to work up to the whole recommended daily dose, and don’t think that I will need to. I see several reviews about nausea and headaches. I feel that 1.) these people took this on a completely empty stomach (never a good idea with any vitamin or supplement), 2.) these people didn’t drink the correct amount of water, and 3.) no one person will have the exact same reaction to any vitamin or supplement. I am glad that I have these a chance, and plan to keep using them to replace my previous redbull intake. Update: I have been using this product for 62 days and my opinion remains the same. I will continue to order every couple of months. Be sure to eat a tiny snack before taking a half of a tablet to prevent nausea.

I have purchased this product twice... The first bottle was fine! No issues and noticed some results The second bottle however, I took 7 times... made me nauseated and 6 out of the 7 made me throw up within about 20 minutes of taking... Now I followed the directions each time... And at first I thought it was because I had taken it with my other supplements ( vitamin, probiotic and vinegar pill) I tried cutting each one out to figure out the cause of my nausea... And the last time I only took this pill and figured out it was the cause! It's puzzling to me because I had no issue with the first bottle... Makes me think the formula is inconsistent... However I now have a basically new bottle (-7 pills) that I'm going to have to throw away! Do not recommend this product! I felt HORRIBLE and the vomiting was rather violent... Not worth it for sure!

This seems to work fairly well. It's not ready grade, but it helps me eat less. I suggest start with half a tablet twice a day, then work your way up to 2/day.

Overall the product worked for a few days. It suppressed my hunger a little defiantly had to have more control then when I had the one prescribed by a doctor. Which is to be expected. After about day five I noticed that I was starting to get agitated and mad very quick. I have noticed it before when taking the doctor prescribed one as well. Also, it got to where I was having a hard time falling asleep. I had all these side affects only taking one a day for two weeks. I ended up giving the rest to my mother who wanted to try them out. Without the negative side affects I would have continued to take them. I am assuming I am just unable to take this type of medicine as I had the same issue when going through a doctor at a weight loss program.

I’ve tried to use this supplement on three separate occasions. I’ve followed the serving instructions to the letter. All three times, I’ve ended up with terrible nausea and have vomited two of the three times. And the vomiting is painful - my stomach begins violently churning within 20 minutes of taking this supplement. The vomiting is forceful, as my stomach angrily contracts to force out the pill. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I don’t have an allergy to any of the stated ingredients, so it’s all the more worrisome to react like this. Thankful, the vomiting is over almost as quickly as it begins, though the nausea lasts for hours. Despite the nausea, I feel compelled to eat more than I normally would. It’s as if my stomach is begging me to find something to calm it. All in all, it’s a terrible supplement and I’m disposing of the rest. Buyer beware.

I did exactly what the phentermine did to me back in the day. What they don't tell you is you need to make sure you're drinking plenty of water that's where the side effects of headaches come in. Make sure the first two days you're fasting and strictly either juicing or eating plain greens for two days straight why are you taking this to cleanse your body The pills gave me too much energy so I have to take one a day instead of the two because I could not sleep last night and it was my first night with it. But yesterday taking those 2 pills 1 in the morning 1 before lunch gave me so much energy I went to the park and I jogged walked for a mile and then even after that I had too much energy but so far they won it's good I'll post another review in a few weeks for an update. It is now November 22, 2022 update on the pills, everything good comes to an end the first week I had energy of a child then after that it just wasn't working as much as I was hoping the hunger was still there and the energy was not. At the end I under up switching to 291 Nutrition and used their shake and energy teas and that alone helped me curve those craving and hunger and the teas gave me a steady energy especially when I work those long weekend hour shifts. Over all pills work differently for every person for me sadly it did not work long term..

Love that my appetite is curbed all day when taken 1 tablet first thing in the a.m. (UPDATE) I have continued to lose weight, An avg. loss of 6-8 lbs/month. I have physical therapy once a week and Aqua therapy once a week. * Love the 1 pill a day! Loved the lower price of 2 for one! Only down sides for me, are 1) I have a constant daily headache. And 2) It gives me foot jitters, ugh! And 3) Having to rember I NEED to eat at some point before bed time!...LoL Very satisfied!! Will purchase regularly at same price or less when needed. When I finally eat, I end up eating smaller portions or end up saving the extra for another meal, saves me prep & cooking time. 👍
