Its a perfect book to read about the Valmiki Ramayan in a short period of time! As the Ramayan actually is about ~3500 pages long! But, since in this book you would be reading it continuously without the main sanskrit shlokas, in story format, hence you would be able to read everything about Ramayan quickly! (POV- I read it in 5days)This book seems to be unbiased as it clearly talks about the Uttarkand and its significance, of how it was added after the first 6 kands!Have rated only 4 star as it has multiple spelling mistakes, which makes it difficult to continuously read it clearly! Also, sometimes I felt that its not totally decoded correctly (which of-course can happen, because different writers have their own perspective of understanding the Sanskrit Shlokas)

The original valmiki ramayana. This without any adulteration. In fact adulterations are removed. I guess till now no one has understood valmiki ramayana in such amazing way in which this author has understood. Along with exact translations, commentary is also given below which clears each and every confusion. The shlokas of this original ramayan and the beliefs of people have a large contrast. But in this ramayan those baseless beliefs are proved wrong and it made us enter in the world of truth and reality. Every hindu should purchase this rather than any other company's adulterated one otherwise you will get wrong knowledge.

वस्तुत यह एक प्रामाणिक कथा प्रतीत होती है जिसमें राम को विशेष अवतार के रूप में नही अपितु सामान्य किन्तु श्रेष्ठ पुरुष के रूप में दिखाया गया है। घटनाओं को तार्किक आधार पर वर्णित किया गया है। सीता स्वयंवर तथा केवट आदि के प्रसंगों को जो यथार्थ से दूर प्रतीत होते हैं, सम्मिलित नहीं किया गया जिससे इसके वाल्मिक रामायण का मूल अनुवाद होने की सार्थकता सिद्ध होती है। इसी कारण वर्तमान समय में सभी प्रकार के लोगों के लिए यहां तक के नास्तिकों व अन्य धर्मावलंबियों के लिए भी इसे पढ़ना श्रेयस्कर है।

I have been reading Ramayan since several years from various sources and I find this original book most interesting. Buy original and read original and spread authentic knowledge of Sanatan Dharm.

वाल्मीकि की यह इकमात्र रामायण है उस काल का सच्चा चित्रण है जिसमें कोई संशोधन नहीं किया गया है विलकुल सत्य है इसमें बहुत सा तुलसीदास की रामायण से अलग है जैसे इस रामायण में ना राम ने सबरी के झूठे बेर खाए,ना धोबी वाला पाठ, और ना केवट का पाठ है इसमें है तो शूद्र ऋषि शम्मुख का वध है
