For years now, I have been struggling with severe bloating and gas after every meal. I tried to discuss this with my doctor, but he dismissed it as over-eating (even though I am only 130 pounds and 5ft. 6 inches). After doing an elimination diet, I discovered I had a problem with gluten. I know I most likely have celiacs, after reading up on all of the symptoms, but I decided to not go through being tested and just change my diet. A gluten free diet eased some of my symptoms, but my digestion was still off, no matter how healthy I ate. I started taking Restore three days ago. The first day I took half a teaspoon, and after about two hours, I realized my stomach was calmer. When it was time for my second dose, I poured too much, so I took almost a full teaspoon. It didn't take long and I had a bad case of diarrhea. It went away quickly, but I decided to stick with half a teaspoon (per dose) for a while to get used to it. I read on the website that some people with extreme gut problems may experience some symptoms and should start very slowly. I have now developed a white coated tongue and a yeast infection, so why rate this stuff five stars, right? First off, my stomach is not a rumbling, gassy mess. It feels calm and finally normal, even after I eat. That alone is a miracle for me. No idea why, but my joints feel better. I am not as stiff and achy in my fingers, toes, neck and back like I used to be constantly. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my early twenties. My mood feels much better already. I am not anxious and irritable. I just feel happier. I guess that could be from less pain and uncomfortable stomach issues. I will update this later after trying restore for a longer period. By the way, I paid full price for this product. I received no discounts for a review, like others have. * Update - I am just about done with my 32 oz bottle of Restore. I have been taking it for almost two months, so you can see it does last a while. I did find out very fast that I have a candida problem when I started this product. I also noticed falling asleep much faster and better quality of sleep. I have decided to take a soil-based probiotic for a month, and then buy another 32 oz bottle of Restore to use. I highly recommend this product for anyone having serious digestion issues, but start with a low dose!

this supplement was recommended by my brilliant MD/healer who is very forward thinking, I'm writing this after I finished my first bottle. when I started taking it I was taking close to the recommended dose. that worked fine for a few times, but I think it was too much for my system to start with that high a dosage. I would recommend to anyone taking this supplement to start with small doses to let your system get used to it, and then gradually increase the dose after you see what your system tolerates. my first bottle lasted about 2 months. I did notice a gradual improvement in my colon/digestive issues. I would say after a few weeks there was a significant improvement and now I've bought my second bottle and am just about up to the recommended dose. I notice a negative difference when I forget to take it. I started taking this honestly more or less a last resort as I had a stomach flu that lingered and things just never got back to normal. I'm really glad that I did because it does really help alot. I'm not getting any compensation or any rewards for recommending this product. if you're on the fence, I would highly recommend that you buy it but again, start with a small dose and gradually increase. a stressed out colon doesn't get better over night. I have been taking probiotics for years, but this Restore works, for me, so much better. they recommend that you don't take enzymes or probiotics while you take Restore. so that offsets the cost a bit as probiotics are expensive. I bought my first bottle from the restore website and got a discount. my second bottle I bought from amazon as the Restore people sell through amazon as well. best of luck!

I started taking this about a month and a half ago. I am now on my third bottle, which is the 32oz one. I have seen some amazing improvements. My chronic fatigue is gone. My gut is solid. Brain fog is completely nonexistant. Aches and pains have lessened. A clear mind and boundless energy are rampant. My bowel movements are frequent, solid, and effortless although I think the last part is due to the fact that I am fruitarian! Restore is literally restoring every aspect of my health. If you want to have your mind BLOWN. You literally don't need to take probiotics anymore. It's truly amazing; not to mention, this stuff is super potent in killing cancer! They don't claim it on the label, but if you listen to some presentations and do the research behind Redox Signaling Molecules and fulvic acid, you'll know why. I started with a teaspoon a day for a week, and even that caused a little gas and indigestion. No worries; it went away within a week. I suffered from massive gastrointestinal issues and struggled with Lyme, multiple surgeries in my youth for various things, and plenty of toxicity from antibiotics, anxiety meds, heavy metals, plastics, not-organic food, etc. so I had plenty reason to get detox effects. This stuff just works. I can tell that the more I take in a day, the more I detoxify and induce a slight headache. That's a GOOD sign.

Wise it only as a medicine. I have received contradictory testimonials about it. It could either rejuvenate your destroyed gut OR destroy your healthy gut.
