I bought this for my grown- up daughter who recently fell & landed on her knee on some concrete. A & E said it wasn’t broken, but very badly bruised. They recommended ice packs, so out came the frozen pea bags when she sat down. However, as a busy mum of 3 little boys there wasn’t a huge opportunity to rest & ice during the day. This was the perfect solution. It is easy to fit on her knee, stays in place & is comfortable to wear & very soothing. It means she can have the ice on the bruise and still get on with her daily routine. It has been a huge help & she cannot recommend it highly enough. Great price, well packaged & arrived quickly. Easy to use and compact enough to fit under clothing. The gel pack is easy to microwave but, as advised, keep an eye it and do not overheat. 40-50 seconds is more than enough. The elastic strap is OK but not amazingly strong. It wraps very nicely around a 30" waist but may not be so successful for L/XL , etc. Have found it ideal for using at work as it's quite discreet. If you freeze the pack it's too rigid to bend, but leaving it in fridge instead between use does still help. It's no craftsman built product, but for the money it's great value!

Booked a holiday with a four and a half hour flight, just days before developed a herniated disc and trapped sciatic nerve, bought this for the cold treatment which can be used for heat treatment as well and it made the holiday possible. It's small and discreet and can be used for either purpose. Highly recommended 10/10

I love this product, I originally bought this to put on my elbow to cool it down after work but I'm at that age now that other parts of my body hurts lol, so when my back went the other day, I warmed it up in the microwave and put it on my back. It is so comfortable and very stretchy so it can and does fit around most body parts. I'm so happy with it.

Cheap and cheerful does the job well enough

Had this for a while now and it's been used many times. The great thing about it is that you can more or less use it for any part of the body and it is very flexible. It's a good sized pack too. Would recommend.

I love pouch. Used it for many different ocassions. However, when I heated the pouch that came with it, it broke and gel went everywhere. I bought a new gel replacement and still using the pouch though

I bought this when I damaged tendons in my foot in a half marathon, and using the RICE method, I managed to ease symptoms quickly. Can be used on back/knee/shoulder easily, was a bit trickier on my ankle due to the bony nature of a foot, but because of the elasticated strap you can get it to stay comfortably, it just takes a couple of goes. Freezes quickly and stays cold due to the pouch that the ice pack slides into. I haven't personally used it as a heat pad (it's dual purpose), but I often suffer with back pain, so I'll try it as a heat pad when needed over the next few weeks and come back with an update.
