Toferner Original Gift Letter Knife Hand Forged Spring Steel Celtic Style with Genuine Leather Bag

Got this as one of the birthday gifts for my brother -- he's been wanting a cool letter opener in his office. He loves it! This is really stunning work, and I certainly give my appreciation to the creator of the piece. I've seen hand forged items go for several hundred dollars, and, considering not just the metal work here, but the leather work as well, this is just an incredible value at the price point offered. The work is flawless, the blade is razor sharp, the leather wrap and sheath are perfect -- this is just super quality, period! The look is very much near to fantasy almost, or certainly old world, and could compliment a kind of Celtic or Norse feeling, or just Medieval. My brother is very much into Norse stuff, and this fit right in to other kinds of pieces he has on display. The five star reviews are very much deserved here! My brother wants to check out the rest of what Toferner offers. Seems there used to be a website for their products, but it is not online at present, but thankfully it seems Amazon carries a few things. This is an excellent product, and if you're looking for something like this, for yourself or for a gift, you can't go wrong on this one. Highly recommend!!!

I love the knife, the looks are amazing and it’s extremely sharp. I bought one knife prior to this thats like a one finger knife. I liked it so much I had to get another one of them. I wanted something mainly for opening packages, and something with more flair than just using the old box cutters. The size of it makes it perfect for the role I picked out. I’ll definitely keep an eye on this guys store for any other kinds of products he can come up with. I love there’s still real blacksmith around making cool stuff and not charging a fortune at the same time. Granted I’d expect these knives to cost more than they do but I appreciate the lower cost. Added a photo with the mouse so you can have a size reference of how small it really is for a full knife.

È il candidato ideale per divenire l'edc per eccellenza!!! Le misure sono ideali per tutti i piccoli lavori che possono capitare durante una giornata di lavoro, un escursione,una gita al lago. È sufficientemente affilato (anche se un paio di passate sulle pietre la devo dare), elegante e al tempo stesso rustico ed anticato, l'impugnatura è lasciata ad una fettuccia in pelle che garantisce il grip necessario,il ricciolo sul "codolo" è utile a garantire la presa nei lavori di precisione. Arriva con un meraviglioso fodero in pelle,cucito e marchiato "Toferner".... Un acquisto perfetto per chi deve fare un regalo non usuale,per chi ama portare un coltello questo ha il carattere giusto per essere portato per diverso tempo....innsomna lo consiglio e lo ricomprerò sicuramente!!!
