Definitely not coming as shown. I wanted a plushy white cover. The whole bottle is blue with a very low quality blue cover. If i could give 0 star, I would do it. Definitely not recommended!!

Works well and feels sturdy. The soft cover is nice and comfy. Good for pain relief or keeping warm.

The item is not as described at all. First, the color is completely different—it is not gray. The material is not the same as in the description, and it is not fluffy like in the pictures. Instead, it is extremely thin and made of very poor-quality material. Very disappointed with this purchase.
