This printer was a perfect replacement for our current ticket printer
This printer was a perfect replacement for our current ticket printer. We use this to print weigh and volume slips and programming and hook-up was a breeze. The only complaint I have is that the throat of the print only allows printing on the far edge of the paper. Therefore printing sometimes occurs in the margins of some shipper bills.

We use one of these in two different offices, printing on different 3-parts forms. At one office the forms print adequately, at the other with a slightly stiffer back copy, the print is very light. I've looked "everywhere' for and adjustment to the printer or and instruction that allows double striker or emphasized and have not found it.

Printer works very well and easy to install. The ribbon also installs very easily and full set up was almost plug n play.

I ordered this as a like for like replacement for use in a weighbridge office, printing tickets for trucks. The old one had done brilliantly, but was simply worn out. The product arrived way before the estimated time and is working perfectly.

Je suis très mécontent de l'achat de ce produit car à aucun moment on ne m'a prévenu que cette imprimante était vendue sans câble de connexion ni câble d'alimentation ! C'est SCANDALEUX ! ! ! J'ai récemment acheté une imprimante laser couleur à 60 € dans laquelle il y avait tout.... et là pour plus de 300 € les alim et connexions sont en options ??? !!! Je partais à l'étranger avec ce matériel... me voilà coincé sans solution.... Je suis furieux... je déconseille vraiment cet achat et le service client d'Espion complètement incompétent !

Recibí el producto en tiempo y forma, sin embargo, si te interesa comprar esta impresora, toma en cuenta que el fabricante y el vendedor no incluyen los cables (suministro eléctrico, ni conexión de puerto serial). Estos dos se venden por separado. Fue necesario comprar el cable Manhattan 205146 CONVERTIDOR USB A Serial DB9M y el cable Manhattan 314770 Cable Null Modem DB9H-DB25M 1.8M. Esos si los reconoce la impresora. La fuente de suministro es la PS-180 Aún no la uso por falta de cable puerto serial
