Grandkids love this
My grandkids 7 and 11 are crazy about Perler bead craft. They are always thrilled to get a new version. I recommend for kids who enjoy arts and crafts.

Fun DIY
I really enjoyed making a variety of mystical perler bead projects. I got so in to it I got even more perler beads after using up the ones in the kit.

Fun for kids. A big mess for little kids so I keep it contained on a special table with higher edge

Fun but a little complicated
This is a really cool toy. It gives kids a chance to be creative, work on fine motor skills, and complete a project that can be turned into an ornament or displayed around the house. My criticism is that all they give you for a template is a picture and the picture is hard to follow. It’s hard to know where on the pegboard to start so that you can fit in the whole image. I wish the instructions were more detailed.

Best deal for the price.
At the sale price this is a must BUY item. So many beads. Not an emoji person so care nothing for the patterns. Highly recommend for yellow beads, especially.

Great craft and all the pieces included.
Bought this for my 4 year old to have a “quiet time” activity at grandmas. Comes with heaps of beads, of all different colors. Also comes with oversized plastic craft tweezers which helped my little one pick up and position the beads. The only downside is the beads are all jumbled up together, so you have to spend some time separating them in order to make a design. I set out some dixie cups and separated the colors as my son made his designs, and it was actually pretty relaxing and a good opportunity to sit and “chat” with him. It would take a long time to really sort all the beads though.
