MY 2ND ONE, FOR A DIFFERENT RECLINER bought at a thrift store. Love this. Cord should be two feet longer, and would be nice to include zip ties or way to keep me or my dog from yanking it out of the socket. I preferred the rose gold color, but no big whoop. The button light up when it's powered. The original had the on off button on a different end of the power cord to the wall. Glad Hommert fixed this and put it next to some other thingamajig! For disabled people, this is a lifeaver--can't reach the stupid button on side of recliner. AND that's why people sit only on the side closest to the button. With this device, me and my dogs can lough the entire width of any recliner with a 5 pin. Just disconnect the side button, and plug in here. Thx to Lazyboy repairman for teaching me this. Perfect fit replacement for the factory controller.

I got this for a large recliner that had buttons on the side. A family member had heart surgery and was unable to reach the buttons on our recliner and had to sleep in the recliner for a few months. This remote was a life saver for us. Once installed it sat on the arm rest and we had no problems with the operation of it. I do have to mention that the bottons you push to recline light up and are very bright. It was a blessing and also annoying at times. We had to put it under a blanket some nights to stop the glowing light. But at times it helped us to see when having to get up during the night. It was like a nightlight. I wanted to use a sharpie marker or electrical tape to block it out after the getting up at night stopped. But it really wasn't that bad. I would definitely recommend and buy again if the need arises.

I like the fact that this remote replaced my old remote that had gone out. It fit perfectly and it works great. The only thing I don’t like is the arrows that points up.they y seem backwards to me from my other remote the arrow dow moves my chair up. The one pointing down move my chair up. I’ve just got to readjust and get used to doing the opposite now, but other than that it works perfectly and it was a great buy because it was much more affordable than the one I had paid for previously.

Great replacement for lift recliners looks just like the other one on my 85 yr old dad’s lift chair that quit allowing him to lift the chair so he could stand and walk. Glad to find this it just plugged right in where the old one was same plug match . He was so happy to have his chair working as it should
