Deva, Vegan, Multivitamin & Mineral Supplement, Tiny Tablets, 90 Tablets

These are great little multivitamins. They are small potent and I love that they’re vegan. The price is great and they’re comparable to other named brand multivitamins as far as content and ingredients.

I have been buying this item for several years and will continue to do so. I cannot process the rda 18 mg iron in most other brands but this one has 8mg per tablet so I take one in morning and one in evening for enough iron and with no digestion issues

I love these vegan multivitamins! The daily values for the vitamins are good, and I am happy that it also includes a mineral supplement. Like most vitamins, it lacks D3 which is something you will likely need to purchase separately (I use a vegan D3 vitamin spray). It does have adequate B12, vitamin C, and even some vitamin E. You should also consider adding a calcium/magnesium/zinc supplement to your diet as this mix is low on those 3. I also have to mention, for people who have trouble swallowing pills....these are TINY in comparison to the alternatives! I would say they are "pea sized". You only need 1 a day, and there are 90 tablets in a bottle so you get about 3 months. For 3 months, the price is very reasonable! I purchased the 2 pack. I bought them this year and the expiration date is 2020, so they are fresh. I am really happy with my purchase, and would recommend these vitamins to anyone!

I have a really hard time with big pills; it’s gotten better, but these were among the first pills I could swallow. They were small enough I could take them easily, like a round tic tac. I don’t have any types of symptoms from it; I do take with food. It has a vitamin smell, but it’s not a strong smell. It’s been years and I still take these every day.
