Amazing Tiny Tablets!
The pills are slightly smaller than round Aleve tablets. I was very happy to find a multivitamin with minerals that’s so tiny. I can’t really handle large pills. I usually have to cut them. These are perfect and no cutting needed! I didn’t have any side effects like I usually do with multivitamins. The price is great for the amount of tablets that you get. If you’re looking for pills that are easy to swallow definitely get these. I highly recommend. My cousin and I both love this brand.

Fantastic vegan multivitamin that doesn't upset your stomach
First off - the SIZE of these are amazing. No more hard to swallow horse pills. These are roughly the size of a pearl, and are super easy swallow. Second - DOSAGE - you only need one a day really. Third - NON IRRITATING; these don't mess with your stomach if you don't take them with food, at least not for me (because I practice intermittent fasting). Also the only brand I know of that contains Iron, Iodine, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Chromium, and Molybdenum all in one tiny tablet. These are now a part of my daily AM supplement. Fantastic quality for the price!

Easy to absorb
I have been buying this item for several years and will continue to do so. I cannot process the rda 18 mg iron in most other brands but this one has 8mg per tablet so I take one in morning and one in evening for enough iron and with no digestion issues

Great Vegan Multivitamins
These are great little multivitamins. They are small potent and I love that they’re vegan. The price is great and they’re comparable to other named brand multivitamins as far as content and ingredients.

Easy Swallow
I have a really hard time with big pills; it’s gotten better, but these were among the first pills I could swallow. They were small enough I could take them easily, like a round tic tac. I don’t have any types of symptoms from it; I do take with food. It has a vitamin smell, but it’s not a strong smell. It’s been years and I still take these every day.
