Has the issue been fixed where people only received one mask instead of 5? I want to order but I’d be furious to only receive one for this price.

I get a box a month an never encountered that.

Are these hydrocolloidal masks?

This is a sheet mask. You put it on your face and leave on for 20 minutes, then remove. Whatever residue of the serum remains , you allow to absorb into the skin. It does not form any kind of gel. I almost always do the mask before I shower and then rinse off the residue in the shower as, with almost all of these sheet masks, the residue feels tacky as it dries on your face. Hope this helps.
