I was looking to up my skincare game while making my life easier as I have matur(ing) skin. Even the most gentle of foaming gel cleansers generally require damp skin and seperate make up remover. I want to be done in a few minutes regardless of whether I am wearing make up (which is not often). This cleanser is pretty concentrated and a good massage in on dry skin helps it soak dirt away. I leave it on like a mask as I brush my teeth. Then I remove it with a reusable damp bamboo pad or warm wet muslin cloth (or both). It does leave a film of beneficial hydrating residue which is protective and non irritating on my combi skin. I follow with the q+a marine toner wiping off excess then serum and finally a moisturiser. The brand is punching above its weight with quality of ingredients and is definite value for money. Very satisfied indeed as my eye bags are less visible and my skin is smoother and plumper and can handle central heating and cold windy wet walks!

This cleanser is great! It removed all make up and sunscreen leaving skin soft, not stripped. Non irritating, hydrating and no added perfume! Made in UK! Ticks all my boxes. I use is as a first step in double cleansing , works great!

Not a big fan of how it feels but does the job. Great scent. Doesn’t dry out

This is a stunning clean product without irritating scents or other irritants that gets the job done well. Shame they add irritants to their body products. But this I give a 5 star rating to. I generally triple cleanse at night. A balm to remove makeup - a pat dry - a cleansing oil to massage and remove any leftover makeup - pat dry - and a 3rd product depending on the weather and what my skin needs.often a clay, foam or cream cleanse. This is lighter than my usual balm cleanse which is thicker and in a tub so messier , so I like this for ease and will continue to use as my spring/summer first balm cleanse and revert to a thicker balm for colder weather. A keeper for me.

This rich balm works as well as many far more expensive balms. I use for an extra cleanse when taking off makeup works on mascara. I also use if my skin is dry as it leaves clean but moisturized. I’ve bought 4 times now as my teenage son also likes to use it to get rugby/ sports grime off and he likes the texture/fresh smell.

Firstly I want to say that I’m using sunscreen everyday, no matter what the weather is. Sunscreens can be removed only by clamsing balms and washkng gels/cream ect. it must be oil based. I don’t like using any miceral products for makeup removal too. I don’t like cotton pads too. using cleansing balms is beneficial for both that thing- easily rid of sunscreen and even waterproof makeup. The reason why I love Q+A is how gentle is for my skin, the size, price and of course how good it is with heavy foundations, waterproof mascaras, lash glue and long lasting lipstick. The packaging is great. you don’t need to put your dirty fingers inside, you can just squeeze the bottle. I really recommend this product for any type of skin, plus this is very good value.

I wanted to love this... but it's fine. It smells very chemically, it initially has a nice texture, but I find I can't remove it fully from my skin. You absolutely have to use a cloth and then follow with a second cleanse. Shame. Will finish the tube, but no buy again.

Arrived next day using prime, packaged well with no issues with delivery. Fantastic product, 3rd time purchase for myself and cannot fault the texture, quality and ingredients. No issues with sensitivity and great overall list of ingredients which include, grapefruit, squalene and cocoa. Washes away makeup perfectly and leaves skin very hydrated.

J'utilisais le baume SVR mais je suis tombée sur celui ci, moins cher et tout aussi efficace ! L'odeur d'agrumes est agréable et légère. La texture idéale et facile à étaler/rincer à l'eau claire tiède.

This particular double cleanser is pretty thick but melts with the warmth of your hands. It doesn't wash easily with water. So you will need a foaming wash at least. It takes off make up including Stila and Kat Von D eyeliner and the waterproof loreal mascara. It also takes off sunscreen.

I use this cleansing balm to remove makeup and sunscreen. Then I wash my face with another cleanser. Then I apply a couple of drops of organic plum oil. My skin feels delightfully moisturized in the morning. The fragrance is tolerably "citrussy" and pleasant to my senses, howeve fragrance is an individual preference so some may not like it. This balm also works well for facial massage ASMR. I love the texture and feel of it.
