How much height do these insoles add?

ERGOfoot height increase insoles come in four adjustable height options — 1.2, 2, 2.75 and 3.54 inches — so you can pick the lift that matches your shoes and comfort level. The boost stays fully concealed inside your shoes for a natural look.

How do I choose the right height option?

or commuting, casual trips or long workdays, 1.2/2-inch heights feel most natural. Opt for 2.75/3.54 inches for weddings, interviews, dates or stage events when you want more visible lift. Swap heights in seconds by adjusting insole layers.

Which shoes can I use these with?

They work well with sneakers, dress shoes, work boots, casual loafers, chelsea boots and high ankle boots.

Will the insoles flatten or lose support over time?

Responsive heel & forefoot air cushion pods absorb impact and preserve lift after repeated wear. Breathable top layer + textured PVC base for daily use. For frequent wear, check cushioning and replace insoles once support fades.

Can I trim the insoles to fit my shoe size?

Pre-marked cut lines let you trim insoles to your shoe size quickly. Cut gradually along markings, test fit, and trim further if needed — start at the outer line to avoid over-cutting.
