Bobrick customer service was excellent
Revising my review. I contacted Bobrick. Pleasant customer service, and immediately shipped me the missing key. ***NIce unit, but there are NO KEYS included, so I can't open the lock.

Great product for commercial Towels in a Tight space!
Great towel dispenser! This is a truly, commercial product. Not a cheaply constructed plastic item. One thing to note is that it does not come with wall mount fasteners. Not a deal breaker by any means, but would be a good thing to include in the description. I WOULD BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN AND AGAIN!

Metal towel dispenser
I agree with others; it should come with mounting hardware or at least say that it doesn’t. I was lucky I happened to have a pkg of anchors/ screws with me at the warehouse. I was disappointed at the finish; it’s splotchy and doesn’t shine after you clean it. Otherwise, it dispensed the towels well and was a nice size for a half bath in a commercial warehouse.

No Keys, No Mounting Hardware
This came with no key to open the dispenser, so we can put paper towels in it. It also came with no mounting hardware either. Returning. Waste of time.
