These natural iron supplements do their job and really help with iron levels. The only downside is the taste, which isn’t very pleasant. I found that mixing it with apple juice made it much easier to take, and it worked perfectly. Overall, effective and worth trying if you don’t mind masking the flavor.

Great!! I like that it’s a natural product, actually dedicated to promoting good health. Taste isn’t half as bad as i’d imagined after reading comments. Iron tang subsides really quickly, even when had first thing as recommended. Just found out i’m anaemic in my third trimester, doctors gave me liquid iron but it has about 15 E numbers in and tastes like chocolate blood syrup - was immediately unwell and not at all impressed with ingredients so didn’t take it again. This isn’t incredibly high iron and I don’t have much time to get my levels up, so was taking this before my scheduled iron IV and will continue to take once the infusion settles :)
