This is my favorite pill-form collagen. It has Verisol brand collagen, which at least according to Consumer Lab, has research-backing for efficacy (not to say that other forms aren't effective, but they have not been specifically-backed in the same way). It has the studied brand at the studied effective strength (dosage) in only 3 moderately large pills (smaller and fewer than many alternatives). It is better priced than my favorite form of powder collagen (Besha) and better for traveling. The pills are small enough (though I would not call them small) that I can take all three at once and I don't notice any taste. (If price were no object and I wasn't traveling, I would say that the Besha in my coffee would be my top choice). Webber Naturals is a Canadian company so it's regulated by Canadian marketing regulations for supplements - which, at least as far as I know, are better or at least better enforced than South of the border. This also gives me more confidence that it's effective, which I appreciate since otherwise I am an n of 1 and it would be hard to tell. I started taking collagen primarily for vanity reasons – the appearance/health of my skin. That makes it a bit hard to evaluate since it's a long term bet and impossible to compare to how my skin would have been without it. That said, I'm happy with my skin health. Similarly, I can't specifically evaluate it for joint pain or pain relief, but I hope it's doing me some good as my joints increase in creakiness through medically induced menopause and cancer treatment. Given the value and my confidence in the brand, I'm happy to continue taking it and hoping that it's making a positive difference.

It really works!!!!!! My skin is texture smooth on face and all over my body. Hair does not fall out. Nails, just notice a little bet stronger but not much. Before your done with first bottle, you start to see it kick in. My joints don’t ache and I can workout better. Just be patient, this verisol collagen really is great quality.

Ok but has a weird taste

I’ve only been taking these pills for 4 days and I feel so much better. Imagine how I will feel in 30 days. I’m looking forward to that day.
