This is so easy to use and a wonderful way to make individual mini cheesecakes. I ended up buying two because one was not enough. Love it and highly recommend it!

Did exactly what I bought them for (mini cheesecakes) no leakage whatsoever. However, the edges of the holes and hole cutouts are sharp and easy to cut yourself when cleaning if you're not careful. There was also paint that was coming off of the edges which I just kind of crusted off before using.

I thought I had pretty much every kitchen appliance and utensil known or necessary for a kitchen that is regularly challenged. Silly me, I didn't know this little beauty existed. Family and friends had better be prepared, because I will now unleash exquisite culinary fury on them. I used this handy little pan to make Strawberry Rose Mousse Cakes for a tea party hosted by my nieces and sister-in-law. They were such a hit my brother asked me to leave a couple for him. I would not have been able to make them without this pan. It is non-stick, so be careful with washing the bottom discs. It is simple to clean, but you don't want o throw the discs in with silverware, for example. I am planning other tasty desserts and savory hors d'oeuvres to make in this little pan. It isn't just for cheesecake!

This is one of my favorite items in my kitchen now! I was a little worried considering the price, but once it came in i was pleasantly surprised. I made mini cheesecakes in these and didn't even use a non stick spray (i forgot), but they came out perfectly. Once the cream cheese had cooled a bit, i was able to use the removable bottoms to pull them straight out with no fuss. They slid right off the little disc with no mess left behind. Anyone who's made cheesecakes knows that the leftover bits caked to the sides can be a pain to clean, especially once it dries. I made the cheesecakes for a party later that day so i didn't get a chance to clean the pan until the following day, but it nearly came completely off just rinsing it under the water before using a dishcloth. I'm thinking i'm going to order a second so that i can make more batches faster.

I was very happy when the pan arrived, it is sturdy, arrived with all the discs complete and looked very good. Used it the FIRST TIME and worked well but as soon as I washed the discs their coating came off and rust started to appear ... sooo sorry, I thought it would work fine, it is not worth buying. Can't return 'cause I live outside USA and would be expensive but not using again I am afraid things are going to stick or even worse, the rust or coating will stick to the food.

Just know that you need to be careful when handling the disc inserts as they are very sharp! I had seen a review stating that, and thought I was being careful when washing them, but I still managed to cut my finger. This is in no way a bad review of the product, just a warning to be careful!

Excellent product. The mini cheesecakes popped out easily. Highly recommend. The discs that are placed at the bottom of the pan cavities can be a little sharp when you’re washing, so I would use rubber gloves.

pretty good but you have to let cheesecakes cool down for a couple of hours before you try to take them out of pan.
