Works great. Better than nasty chemical ridden over the counter cough meds. I recommend this to everyone. I boil water, add lemon ginger or lemon chamomile tea bag to cup, one packet, and only if needed a teaspoon of honey. Tastes great, works well, better over all

This drink actually tastes good! It has soothe cold symptoms. I accidentally bought this package of 12, which has 8 day and 4 night time packets. I prefer the day time and would order the box of 10 of the day time in the future.
