Is this filter for a 04 Honda ST1300?

The HiFlo site will give you a filter by model. I can tell you I've installed these on several different bikes, and they've never failed me. Recently traveled 4500 miles, on a trip west from Ohio. Changed Oil before leaving and while out west... performed fined.

Will this fit a 2007 yamaha grizzly 700 eps?

I have had great success with HiFlo filters, but I don't know if they make one for your Grizzly. If you develop a "garage" on Amazon, you can check compatibility. Good Luck to you
