Nedis One Button Instant Hot Water Dispenser, 2600W, 2.5L Tank with Fast Boil, Adjustable Cup Height, Boil Dry & Overheat Protection

This product dispenses water at any temperature from 40 degrees C to 100 degrees C almost instantly. It can also dispense a set volume of liquid from 100 ml to 400 ml or continuous flow. There are also automatic settings for baby food / formula (40 degrees C) and ideal temperature for tea / coffee (92 degrees C). It seems really efficient since it only heats and dispenses as much water as you want at the temperature that you want. We have had and used this product for a couple of weeks now and have not needed to use our traditional kettle once in that time. It does not seem to add any taste to the water. It is very safe around small children as it automatically locks when not in use. The delivery was very fast from the seller. We ordered mid afternoon one day and received the product early afternoon the next day. The only down side is that the controls take a bit of getting used to but once you get the hang of them it all works really well.

Pours at a dribble. Started flashing blue and green lights at same time. This is meant to indicate it needs cleaning. I tried cleaning and it switched off. Less than three months old. Contacted seller who would not send a returns label, expected me to arrange return at my own expense. Also demanded that I add some random number in with package. Huh?? I have my Amazon order number. Even suggested I could put it in a bin bag to return it. So, it arrives damaged further and you blame me?? Yeah right. Less than three months old and £76 out of pocket. Didn't bother sending it back. I don't want it fixed or replaced. It's useless. As many other reviews have said, bad product, worse customer service.

Very pleased so much better than using a kettle this is the second one I have had over the years my 1sr one broke down after a few years this is the same but a different make wouldn’t like to be without it

Great water dispenser. Instantly boils as it pours in seconds. I actually bought 2 of these. One for me and one for my mother. Perfect for her as she struggles to fill the kettle. Simple to use. She just fills hers up dispenser up with a plastic jug. 1 button press gives a cup full, a double tap keeps it flowing until you tap it to stop. Very simple. Highly recomended especially for pensioners. I live alone so it's great for a quick single cup of coffee or tea. No waiting for the kettle to boil.

We bought this water heater to replace a one cup instant water heater of another brand that had served us well but was becoming increasingly slow to dispense hot water. Like its predecessor the NEDIS only heats water when it is about to dispense it. Also like its predecessor it has a one cup function and a continuous function. To get one cup press the control button once (it and the logo on the front are light blue). Press it twice and it and the logo are lit green, so it is easy to tell which mode it is being used in. The cup stand can easily be moved up and down to accommodate different sized mugs or cups. The Water tank is plenty large enough. The only negative in comparison with its predecessor is that the tank cannot be removed for filling, but this is a minor trifle. The water is also hotter than its predecessor. Another thing to bare in mind is that the water that remains in the pipework seems to take on the flavour of a sterilising fluid, so it is worth dispensing a cup of hot water before making your drink after the dispenser has stood unused overnight. All in all a sleek and efficient water dispenser that does everything that is claimed for it. The only thing that remains to be tested is its longevity.

This machine does a cup of tea in 8 seconds and you are able to adjust the temp. Lovely and stylish and holds a good amount of water. I do use filters in it as I live in a hard water area. Easy to clean so cheaper than a kettle. Highly Recommended.

Stopped working after few days in the end i threw it outside on the concrete. The recycle men took it away

Purchased this after returning a similar item from a different well known brand due to the horrendous taste. Glad I did.Really like this dispenser. Instant hot water at the touch of a button. 4 preset cup sizes but water can be stopped manually at any time. Also has a continuous flow amount. Also nice looking and does not take up much space on the counter top. This did have the new taste/smell that comes with new electrical products but unlike the One I sent back this went quickly once I had run the machine through a couple of times. Great machine. Would recommend

In meiner Küche hat sich der Nedis Heißwasserspender als praktisches Gerät etabliert. Das Design ist klein, kompakt und unauffällig. Die Bedienung erfolgt per "Onebutton" und ist kinderleicht zu verstehen. Das Befüllen des Wassertanks ist einfach und ohne Kleckern von oben möglich. Unterschiedlich hohe Gefäße können unter den Auslauf gestellt werden, indem die kleine Auffangschale in zwei Positionen fixiert oder komplett entfernt wird. Insgesamt funktioniert das Gerät sehr gut, jedoch vermisse ich die Möglichkeit, die Menge des heißen Wassers einzustellen. Das bedeutet, dass pro Knopfdruck immer nur eine kleine Menge heißes Wasser ausgegeben wird, die für eine herkömmliche Teetasse ausreichend ist. Leider benutzen wir vor allem Kaffeebecher, für deren Inhalt etwas mehr Wasser benötigt wird. Deshalb muss man beim zweiten Knopfdruck die Ausgabe unterbrechen, damit der Kaffeebecher nicht überläuft. Diese Option wird vom Hersteller jedoch weder vorgesehen noch angepriesen. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass der Nedis Heißwasserspender wunderbar funktioniert. Wer auf weitere Einstellungsmöglichkeiten verzichten kann, erhält hier ein günstiges und gutes Gerät für die schnelle Zubereitung von heißem Wasser.

The kettle needs constant defurring and takes ages. The problem is that only a small amount of water can be put in at a time. I have stopped using it and gone back to a conventional kettle.

Brilliant water boiler, simple use, one click button makes small cup, an turns off automatically, illuminates on front as blue water droplet, press twice, and turns green, for continuous flow, just press again to stop. Holds plenty of water, and can be used with or without filter. My only issue was, after buying on Irish Amazon site, it comes with a two pin plug. The plug adapter makes it all very bulky and unsightly, this why gave it 4 stars.

Jag gillar ofta enkelhet och den här mojen är lätt att använda. Tycker det är segt och krångligt att koka upp lite vatten i en vattenkokare, fånigt men sant. För länge sedan hade jag en jedematic vattencistern som höll typ fem liter vatten 80 grader varmt, smidigt men den var klumpig och drog ström hela tiden som kostade pengar. Här kostar det bara när jag värmer upp lite till en kopp the’ eller vad jag nu vill ha. Så till gnället, den vet inte vad 20 cl är, får oftast mellan 1-1,5 dl och ibland kanske de där 2 dl…men den är i alla fall smidig och bra. Min mugg rymmer 2,5 dl så jag trycker en gång, väntar eller gör något annat under tiden, sedan dubbeltrycker jag en gång, väntar några sekunder och trycker ”stopp” så får jag precis så mycket varmt vatten som jag vill ha. Har två barnbarn 2 och 4 fyra år och denna grej är inte barnsäker men de kan inte komma till skada ifall man gör till vana att dra ur sladden när den inte ska användas, de kan lätt sätta igång den annars, bara så att ni vet… Anders A
