I cracked my old carafe on the side of the sink so the new one was the same size and durability ( if you don't hit it on the sink )I thought it was some what expensive but with my credit that i had at amazon made the price not so painfull it make you more carefull

It is most important to have the product work as the original and do the job as it was intended
The product was exactly like the original and worked the way it should. We were not happy to be asked to pay an extra delivery fee because it came from the U.S. for FedEx customs andfor clearance etc. I contacted you about the problem and was waiting to hear a reply from the company who sent the product. Amazon customer service representative was going to call me back to see if the U.S. Company reversed the FedEx charge. I have not heard from either for eight days.
