Does it come with the inserts for the car?

There are several components that you need to make the attachment. There are: light cable, base plate for the car, chain (coils) for reinforcement. The inserts for the car should be a part of the tow bar kit, but you need to make sure that you review all the parts. It is possible that the inserts came with the base plat for the car -- that makes more sense. Make sure you match it all with your car and RV.

Will this work in any car? i have a 2005 honda pilot and need a tow bar to be installed asap. thank you!

Yes, as long as it is ok for your Honda pilot to be towed with all four tires on the ground with the transfer case in neutral NOT all cars can do this most have to be at least a 4x4 car.

What’s the difference between aventa lx 10k and the bx7420 10 other than the color and price?

The Aventa LX tow bar has been discontinued by the manufacturer and superseded by the BX7420 tow bar.
