Perfect replacement!
Was on a shoot location, it was a windy day and I had my reflector leaning on the light stand. Unfortunately the wind picked up and blew my stand over with my strobe mounted on it. Smashed the cap that held the different diffusers. Ordered this replacement and it was a perfect fit.

Poorly made, cheap crap
This thing is actual crap. The grid came stuck on the reflector, and the tab that is riveted on to help remove it tore off on first use.

A nice addition to my AD200
Like the light weight but very sharp edges and cut myself whilst fitting to bare bulb batten so be careful.
