Approximately 1/4 inch round, similar to the size of a Bayer's aspirin. I take 3 tablets per day, as indicated as the dose.

Does any part of this product contain GMO's or anything artificial?

no not that i am aware is supposed to be 100 % organic , I took natures plus multi as well as vegatables for over 30 years ,i cannot afford them anymore just too high for me ,,but they were always a great product and help me through 60 and 80 hour weeks for a little over 30 years

That's a great question! I checked the label, and there is no mention of whether this product is non-gmo....the label also does not state whether this product is organic...
