Works great for 2-3 years.
This controls my fireplace blower that runs near constantly 24/7 for 4-5 months out of the year. They work well for 2-3 years, and then lose the ability to adjust the speed. Still, for the price, and the ease at which they can be replaced, it's not a bad deal.

It is handy to have and easy to install!
It does work, especially after the pellet stove shuts down and the room blower fan runs until the stove cools enough to shut down. During this shutdown period the room blower fan is blowing cool air, now you can turn it down or off if you want. Usually this isn't a problem unless it's really cold, the longer the fan runs the more it cools the room before shutting off. Personally, I wouldn't turn it completely off, just lower the fan speed. Just remember, when starting the pellet stove up again, to turn the fan speed back up!
