Why exactly aren't these compatible with fully modular psus? i'm seeing many reviews of people using them with fully modular psus just fine.

They just don’t plug into the psu directly. You have to have the cable from the psu for vga. Then plug in to the vga end of the cable.

I'd assume this would be needed to power up the upcoming nvidia 3080 gpu. am i correct?
