Que ce soit en pronation ou en supination c'est très efficace, vous allez souffrir sur vos dernières séries et la tension sera maximale. L'appareil en lui même est de bonne facture, simple, et fait ce qu'on lui demande, il ne cassera pas et de toutes façons on ne va pas vraiment charger beaucoup de poids, les avants bras ne sont pas de gros muscles et ils fatiguent vite. Pour ce prix vous pouvez y aller, c'est un excellent ajout à placer à la fin de vos séances bras.
