Synergee Mini Loop Bands – Resistance Bands for Home or Gym

These bands are the best! They are strong and durable and we have put them to the test! There is so much that you can do with them! I recently had foot surgery and had to take my leg workouts to the floor laying down. You can do leg lifts, clams and much more moving the band on your legs to get more or less resistance. These band rehab exercises helped me come back stronger than ever. I ordered the 10 pack as our fitness group uses these for side lateral steps and monster walks. It is a great workout! I also had friends asking to buy their own as it's the perfect piece of fitness equipement to travel with. I have the black and the blue. We mostly use the black (strongest) and any fitness level can use black, but the blue are almost just as strong and very good, too! I will definitely order more products from Synergee. Thank you!

I go through an extensive pre-workout pillar prep series each morning, and part of this prep involves using two of these bad boys (one around my thighs and one just above my ankles) for lateral and linear movements/stretching. These bands don't break, they don't over stretch, and they don't dig into me. They allow me to get everything fired up and my blood pumping, so I can make maximum gains in the gym. Without a doubt, I can recommend these to anyone looking for a superior set of resistance bands at a really affordable price.

I purchased these for a group class I instructed and they were great! Most other bands I’ve bought were very cheaply made and popped after a few uses. That was definitely not the case with these! They’re well made and thick enough so that they hold up well when you put tension on them. They provide plenty of resistance, too. All around a great product for a great price.

Shocked at how well these work for the price. Amazing resistance, and with the pack of 10 I will always have another if one breaks. These are better quality that the ones that we use at my gym (LifeTime, so it is a gym that provides the best of the best). I love to put these around my ankles, knees, and thighs when at home, just to get a little bit of a work out in when I'm walking around the house and doing normal activities (ex when cooking, cleaning, ect). Highly recommend them and plan on buying more bands with different levels of resistance.

I got these bands to use with the DVD workout, Tapout XT. The band that comes with the workout DVDs would break and would get tangled while using. I bought two other kinds from dicks sporting goods, they were also junk. Then I picked these on Amazon. Wow. All I can say is, awesome quality. There's no way anyone created a better resistance band than synergee. Working with bands is no longer annoying. I actually meant to purchase a pack with several different resistances, but accidentally purchased a pack of 10 black. I kept 4 and gave some away to friends that are also doing tapout! I cannot recommend this product highly enough.

I recently purchased these since I use the black mini bands often for several leg workouts which I perform in my dorm room at college. These bands are very durable and hold up well. I decided to purchase these bands after another set of resistance bands from another brand had snapped. So far these have held up well! I sweat a lot when I exercise so the only issue is that they tend to slide up. However, if you wear leggings they don't slide at all!

This product is durable and great for many training purposes. If you are debating whether on not to purchase one or ten, definitely get ten and share them with all of your athletes. I use these almost every day and they really strengthen all parts of the legs (glutes, hip flexors, quads, etc.) I ordered the strongest band, and I am a high school athlete. It may be a little strong for you as there are fewer exercises you can do with them.

I'm a fitness instructor and when I saw this product I was over-the-moon happy! Most products you can only buy in a package with different resistance bands you cannot buy a package of the same resistance. I have looked everywhere for these! The quality is fantastic and it is a very versatile Fitness tool. My participants absolutely loved them! We had no worries that they were going to snap because they are thick but not too thick that you're not able to stretch them to full capacity. I would definitely buy them again, the only issue I had was that I wish you offered a 10 pack in all of the resistance levels. Completely satisfied with this product! Highly recommended!!!

Excellent product, great for mobility and/or activation exercises pre/post-workout. Perfect size to accommodate them in your legs or arms. Great value and delivered them super quick.

Excellent price point for a ten pack. Arrived quickly. Great to be able to have multiple bands at same weight as I only use one weight. Comparable to heavy / extra heavy in competing brands. Seems durable. Allows me to have bands home, office, backpack etc for quick stretches during down time. Highly recommend.
