Hi, Popeye is really ONLY manufactured in 2 sizes. Standard (one-size) and Plus. Simply reference the sizing chart offered; choose 'large' or 'plus', based on the measurements offered. I see where this drop-down box is rather confusing, however, again, this item is ONLY manufactured in the two sizes mentioned.

My son is 6ft and weighs 205 will the plus size fit him? it has to go over clothes (hes autistic)its for a school dance?

I'm a big guy, like 250 pounds and over 6 foot tall. I wore blue jean short under it with a tee shirt and it fit just fine. It also had loose fit so I could dance around and move freely.
