I am In love with how easy this attachment is to install on my stand mixer and use! We use it to grate up fresh cheese a couple of times a week and it works great! We can fit blocks of cheese in it to grate up easy. Very much worth the money we paid for it!

This is one of my best purchases from Amazon. It attaches to my kitchen-aid mixer perfectly. I love that the shredder, slicer is stainless steel, clean up is much easier. Worked fine for a little while, but broke after a couple months. The two plastic halves came apart one day during use. The cost and durability make it ok for sparing light duty, but I’d pony up the extra money to get the KitchenAid OEM one. Before it broke it got the job done and fit to the mixer as advertised.

Great product. Easy to use but so is a box shredder. The time it takes to hook this up and get started, one would be all done shredding with a manual appliance.

First use: Mozzarella pizza cheese. I get why the instructions say to use at a higher speed, otherwise it clogs up the cheese inside. I did use speed 4 on my mixer but did not push as hard, came out a little finer. Very little cheese left inside when finished. Looking forward to using this for some veggies.
