The product apearence is nice and fits very well the phone, but after a couple of charges, it started failing to make proper conection to the phone, it gives a message it started charging, and imediatly notifies no charging, over and over... I am fearfull it will damage my phone because of that..... Update of my review... Customer service contacted me after my message, and they were great, they immediately answered and sent me a new charging case, and it is working great! Definitely a great customer oriented company!

Long story short, my phones charging port died so I couldn't charge anymore, bought a wireless charger but I had to take the case off to charge.. New case not was only wireless and a USB C port for charging and a backup battery. When you need power push the button on the back and the wireless charging kicks in and takes power from the extra battery

I'll start this by saying i had the exact case for my last phone and loved it,it worked flawlessly, but when i upgraded to the s21 i thought why not,the last case worked great, boy was I wrong,this case is horrible,does not charge phone, amazon replaced the first set of cases when they didnt work and now the replacements dont work, what a waste of money and the company knows about this problem and keeps selling them anyway,it just power cycles and causes ypur phone to short out.....DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I love it. Fits my phone and protects the screen from impact! That was a big deal for me. It keeps my battery life a lot longer. It's just that the phone is already heavy and this makes HEAVIER but it works great! Excellent for recording without needing to worry about having an outlet to plug my phone in. It's like having a back up battery built in to the phone. I wish I could get it in pink or another color other than black.

S21Ultra has 5000mah - if you want a full recharge, unfortunately it only has 4700mah. With that out of the way, it is very convenient and lighter than if it did have a bigger battery. I prefer a battery case so I don't have a battery bank hanging off of the unit when I'm out and about - which I feel is dangerous to the precious USB-C port. I DO wish that they offered Power Delivery/Fast charging - as it seems to only charge at standard speed. If you're next to a fast-charger, that's going to be faster, but when you are away and traveling and can't plug in - this is a great solution. Obviously a 7000 or 10000 battery would make this bulkier and heavier - so there is still a role for this where you don't want too large a case. I encourage the manufacturer to produce the bigger versions as well - as I actually bought both options for my S20 Ultra last time. For fit, I will also dock a star because I seem to have to make several attempts to angle the port to make it connect. It still works and once I get it connected it charges constantly until I turn it off or depletes its battery bank. The previous offerings from Newdery for my S20Ultra didn't have this problem at all. Apparently, I'm not the only one to experience this - so hopefully they can address this. I won't send it back, because the few times I do need something like this, it's not a problem. I do appreciate that the buttons are protected and usable, as well as a decent lip around the screen to protect the glass. The cameras on the back don't really need protection since the battery bulge stands off so much from the phone body. Taking pictures in wide-angle do not show the battery bulge in the frame at al, as this is slightly angled to avoid being in any shots. I did do some tests where I ran phone down to like 10% and each time it completed until the case-battery discharged. It did not stop charging like some people complained about in the other reviews - only disappointed because the size of the battery doesn't completely recharge the S21U, but that aligns with the specs of the battery.

It fits the phone well, worked as described for about a month then occasionally will not hold a charge or will inconsistently stay connected to the charging port and will not charge. The previous one worked well on my old phone, this may have just been defective, lost original paperwork and did not contact seller for replacement. Update: a rep from the company has reached out and was generous enough to offer a partial compensation, the return window for this is narrow and not surprising most electronic equipment had none. I'd say shop with better confidence with this company, they seem to care enough about their products and reputation to reach out after reading a review. Same day next and last edit, I have been asked by the representative Kelly Kelly to delete any negative review for a full refund. This is not a fair request for the shopping public that relies on a fair user's impression of a product. This phone case with battery will increase the size of your phone by more than double of its width. The battery in the case will wirelessly charge your phone well connected but the battery itself will not wirelessly charge. You must plug the case battery in for it to receive a charge. As such this product has been returned.

I really wanted to like this product and gave it a real try but the battery just didn't charge after I received it. I thought perhaps the one that I got was a defective units are returned it and got a second one and still the same result. When I plug the case in it does not charge. So I was never able to get it to really work beyond the little bit of power that it came with for both units.

Update: I have been buying Newdery batteries for all my phones and it is the first time that I have been disappointed by the product. This battery case look bulky and doesn't hold the charge for very long, also it doesn't recharge the phone past 50% and it looks very cheap in comparison of past products.
