After 12 months of breastfeeding, and 12 days since weaning, I was engorged, in agony and probably had 20 clogged ducts and nothing was working and it was just getting worse. After using this cream every hour for only 12 hours, I was noticing so much relief. After 24 hours I was down to 3 clogs. I cannot believe what a miracle this was. I don’t know scientifically how it could possibly work this well but it DOES. I was skeptical but it proved me wrong. I wish I bought this and used it on day one of weaning.

I don’t write reviews often but I had to with this product. My son turned a year old & I was starting to wean off pumping exclusively. I was pumping twice a day & decided to go cold turkey after doing some research on how to dry up quickly. I tried Sudafed and other things, and after a week I still had clogged ducts and was very uncomfortable. I bought this and just after 24 hours, I was already feeling the difference. And now, a few days of using it, my clogged ducts are completely gone and I’ve had a significant reduction. This is the HOLY GRAIL! Worth the money 10000%!

I purposefully never breast fed and went straight to formula due to a medical issue. Every day from the second I gave birth I smeared this on my chest. I also was sure to shower in a shower with one of those removable shower heads and never got my chest wet for 2 weeks after birth. This smelled kind of odd but not terrible. But it worked great, I only had milk come in for three days total, it was never painful when it came in, and I didn’t even use a full tube of this even though it’s a small tube. It’s expensive but this worked very well for me and if I have another kid I would use this again.

A Godsend for weaning mamas! This product somehow helps soothe knots and clogged ducts wonderfully as soon as it’s applied directly. It smells good, not too strong, and the cabbage components assist in “drying up”. It even helps with the burning feeling when your breasts are full. You do need to reapply every couple hours when you’re engorged. So thankful this product exists! In combination with Sudafed 12 hr (taken twice a day) drying up took a few days. Would 10/10 recommend.

I rarely leave bad reviews being a small business owner myself. So when I do it’s because I truly feel scammed or taken advantage and knowingly ripped off. To start, I am SUPER disappointed in this product. First and foremost… for how ridiculously expensive this cream is .. you get the smallest bottle. And the comments saying “ I didn’t even need to use the whole bottle “ honestly are extremely suspicious to me. Maybe it’s because I have size DD breasts, but there is no way this lasted anyone with a bigger chest . Secondly , I have been breastfeeding for almost 3 years, and I started to wean. This did not help what so ever. Applied every 3/4 hours like it says on the label. Still got clogged ducts , and started to get mastitis. I ran out within 2.5 days. It’s a very tiny bottle . And mind you, I only really applied it mostly on my left breast because I have one of those babies that only fed on one boob. And that was the breast that got inflamed and infected. So I didn’t need to apply much to the other breast and I still ran out that fast!! Anyone who knows the process of weaning or even cold turkey stopping… it’s a lot longer than 2.5 days! I genuinely feel scammed by this. I have been through this process with my other child so I’m not new to this and took all of the other precautions like taking behind the counter Sudafed, massaging , express only a little if having discomfort and too full but not enough to make your body drop and produce more (taking a hot shower to have it express milk on its own instead of manual hand expression to stimulate the nipple ) , heating pad on breasts, ice packs, cold cabbage leaves. Honestly don’t waste $40 on this . Even if it was $15 (which would be a much more appropriate price point ) , it still a waste because it’s such little product and it simply doesn’t work. You’re better off paying a couple dollars for fresh cabbage head and sticking the leaves in your bra than this stuff. And the fresh cabbage would last longer than this stuff! What a rip off…

I over produce like a madwoman. I did with my first and had mastitis 3x in a very short period of time. That was 10 years ago when all I knew about was cabbage in the bra. I had a sweet little 5 days ago and had already started over producing and one of my breasts was not able to be used because it was so swollen! Received this overnight and after just a few uses, we are back in the game. BE CAREFUL! If you don’t want to stop breastfeeding as it does seem to work pretty quickly. I applied it about 24 hours ago and had to do the whole breast. I applied maybe 3x

This did give me pain relief while trying to dry up my milk however, it's expensive and I don't think it helped with actually drying my milk up. Bottle is small only lasted a few days

Yes it’s expensive, but it does what it says it is supposed to do! Used this to dry up milk supply and within 2 days felt immediate relief. Pleasant smell and feels nice if kept in the fridge. Highly recommend!
