Fantastic Cedar Plants for Seafood
Great buy in price before outdoor bbq season starts. Love the cedar scent and perfect thickness for grilling wild salmon or scallops. These pre-seasoned planks do not go up in BBQ flames and must be placed on the grill to char. I spray olive oil before placing seafood. No cleaning since planks are not reusable. Perfect fit and cedar wood to grill seafood.

Looks are deceiving

Like it
I like how it gave my salmon that oak flavor but it’s supposed be free soak and it still caught on fire. The one pictured is the one that didn’t caught on fire. Wood is a bit small to fit my salmon. Husband said just go to Home Depot and buy the wood.
