The only Rice to use when making Paella.
If you want to make Paella the way the top chefs make it then this is the rice to use. Most all the recipes I’ve seen call for this rice. Unfortunately it’s not a rice you can find locally so I’m grateful that it can be ordered from Amazon. This rice will give you the crust (socarrat) that the top chefs strive for when cooked properly in a Paella Pan.

Don’t substitute any other rice but bomba for paella
I’ve made two beautiful paella’s and this rice is wonderful and added authentic flavor. I wouldn’t substitute and wish I had ordered a larger size.
