Hallmark Sympathy Card (Gold Foil Agate)

Sometimes when a person loses a loved one there is not much you can think about or say especially when it's unexpected. However this card had the right thing written inside that touched my neighbor's dearly. I truly enjoy cards like this one. The sturdiness of the card was perfect not flimsy at all. The sentimentality was on point there was nothing too much that you would need to add to it except for your signature and possibly some words of sentiments from yourself. The beauty of the card was flawless and the writing ability was legible excellent and well thought through. The size of the car was perfect and I like that it came with an envelope!

While these sympathy cards may seem generic, they work perfectly when you want to write your own sentiments rather than depend upon the words in the preprinted cards, which may or may not be appropriate for the situation. They are Hallmark, so you do have a very good card stock, printing, and overall quality. The envelopes are blue, which matches the cards. The size is exactly what the description says. I've noticed on some reviews for any cards, not necessarily these, buyers rate lower because the items are smaller than they expected. These cards are exactly the size stated in description -- a little over 5 inches lengthwise and 3 3/4 inches wide. For me, the cards are large enough to send and look nice, as well as give me enough room to write on inside what I need to write. I'm very pleased with the purchase and consider it a great value.

This card has the right words to use. Very beautifully designed. A great value for the price. Nice and sturdy material and just the right size to mail. I’ve bought this card a few times.

I have purchased this item several times now. They are nicely made and have a beautiful message inside.

Nice small set. I wanted something simple. I like to have some sympathy cards on hand for many reasons. These are perfect for my needs. Blank inside so you can write your own words. It’s becoming a lost sense to send cards or letters anymore. But my generation (over 60) grew up sending cards and letters. Emails and texts are impersonal!!!!!!!! Make an actual connection, write a note to someone who needs it!!!!!

I didn't realize that the "decal" with the ribbon would be off-center on the front of the card. It looks wrong in person, as though the manufacturing quality is off. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the picture on the front and the very nice sentiment inside it. Maybe I will use it someday, but not today--I have other sympathy cards (Hallmark, mostly, and 1 Papyrus card) to send to 4 people.

A needed card, Design, message and thickness were good quality

Card was lovely and of good quality. I hope it brought comfort, the message was lovely. Sympathy cards are tricky, words often seem to fall short. This one conveyed what I wanted to say but just couldn't find the words.
